High Town House, Munsiyari

Munsiyari sits as if the journey was the point. Clouds move in and take the Panchachuli range away. Then they give it back.

The house is in town, a short walk from the bazaar, with a table that faces the window and a door you can close. That is what makes a longer stay possible — not the view alone.

A few nights are enough if you only want the range. Two or three weeks are better if you have work to do, and the weather to sit with.
