Journeys

Root & Roam

Longer journeys. Two or more bases.

Combine a few stays so you can go further without packing every morning. Settle, then move once — not every day.

  • 7+ nights
  • 2–3 bases
  • Scenic routes
  • Families, couples, professionals

The idea

Root & Roam is for when you have more than a long weekend, and one landscape is not enough.

You stay long enough in each place to feel the mornings change. Then you travel once, on a road chosen to be part of the journey, and settle again.

The stays here are the same pages you already know from Unwind — shown when a property can hold a longer booking. Clubbed journeys are the extra pages: why these two, in this order.

Who it's for
  • People with 7–14+ days

Time enough for two bases without turning the middle into transit.

  • Those who want more than one landscape

A village week, then a higher town — without a new room every night.

  • Families who can take a longer break

A rhythm children can settle into, then one change of scene.

  • Travellers who dislike hotel-hopping

    Pack twice, not seven times.
